Abstract Objective The study was aimed to assess changes in voice outcomes after radiotherapy laryngeal cancer patients. Materials and Methods included 60 patients treated with definitive or chemoradiotherapy between 2005 2012. primary endpoint of this abnormalities the patients’ voices treatment. Thai version Voice Handicap Index (VHI) xerostomia questionnaire were conducted by telephone. Videostroboscopic examination done objectively outcomes. Results median age 63 years. Most had glottic (84.1%) T1–2 disease (84.1%). time from treatment 46 months. In terms total VHI score, most normal slight handicap groups (22% 71.4%, respectively). Only 4.8% 1.6% moderate severe group, respectively. Twenty-eight significant xerostomia. Videostroboscopy 23 common findings telangiectasia (95.7%), abnormal mucosal wave (47.8%), closure configuration (34.8%). Regarding lower radiation dose, conventional dose per fraction, longer period treatment, status significantly correlated worse There no statistically correlations videostroboscopic scores.
